Help's annual reports
In 2023, Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe reached around 13.5 million people in 28 project countries worldwide. We implemented 127 projects with a volume of 63.5 million euros. 94.3% of our expenditure flows directly into our projects.
The year 2023 was marked by humanitarian crises. Natural disasters, wars and conflicts as well as the consequences of climate change meant that around 363 million people worldwide were dependent on humanitarian aid.
Whether after the earthquake in Syria and Türkiye, after the dam burst in Ukraine, after the floods in Libya or after the escalation of the Middle East conflict: Help provided urgently needed humanitarian aid for the most vulnerable people. Find out exactly how in our annual report.
