works for Help in Ukraine
Daria Trampolets
With Help since: 2023
Responsibilities: Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning
Career: Daria Trampolets joined the organisation in 2023 as a Field Officer and currently holds the position of Senior MEAL Officer. She began her work by supporting communities in the western regions with the highest numbers of internally displaced persons affected by the conflict. This work gave her first-hand experience in assessing community needs, coordinating humanitarian activities, engaging with beneficiaries, and ensuring that aid reached those who needed it most. Her regular fieldwork has given her a deep understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable groups and the practical realities of implementing humanitarian programmes.
As someone who has suffered the effects of war myself, I believe that real help begins with the ability to listen to people and turn their real-life experiences into tangible improvements.
