Responsibilities: Christian Kuijstermans is the team lead for the Middle East and South-Central Asia at Help. He and his team support Help’s partner organisations in their humanitarian work.

Career: Christian Kuijstermans has more than 25 years’ experience in international development cooperation in Africa, Asia and Latin America, both in permanent roles and as a freelance consultant. His areas of expertise include supporting civil society, building partnerships, strengthening local capacities, and the planning, monitoring and evaluation of projects. Other key areas of his work to date include human rights, good governance and peacebuilding.
